5. CONTENT DISCLAIMER

• Users are solely responsible for the content they post.
• Novanar does not endorse or verify user-generated content.
• Novanar and Clever Hub Global Ltd are not liable for offensive, misleading, or harmful content posted by users.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

14. PAYMENTS & NO REFUND POLICY

All payments made on Novanar are final and non-refundable.

• Once payment is completed, NO REFUND will be issued under any circumstances.
• This includes dissatisfaction with matches, inactivity, suspension, or account termination.
• By making a payment, you expressly agree to this NO REFUND policy.
